What's unique about this procedure is that we use very thin optical fibres, to reach the deeper layers of the dermis without the need for any surgical tools.
Endolift® is a very comfortable procedure. Some patients may experience a minor sensation from the energy delivered by the laser beam, so we use a mild local anaesthetic if needed.
Endolift® is often called the lunchtime lifting procedure. Patients can resume their daily activities immediately after this treatment.
Although the results improve gradually over time, there are often some immediate visible improvements after the treatment.

Neck Area
If your concern is crepey, loose skin on the neck, then Endolift® is the perfect treatment choice. It will retract and tighten the skin resulting in a firmer, smoother appearance.

Chin
Now we can melt away unwanted stubborn fat from under the chin and tighten the skin all in the same treatment.

Jawline
With this treatment you can obtain a sculpted, contoured and sharpened jawline, with improvement of jowls if required.

Periorbital Area
It is possible in some cases to treat skin laxity around the eye area, conferring a tighter fresher appearance.

Nasolabial Folds
The nose to mouth lines are also a great indication for treatment since the nasolabial fat pad can be reduced by melting fat cells and tightening the overlying skin.

Inner Arms
Bingo wings are a result of excess fat and skin laxity, both of which are treatment indications for Endolift®.

Abdomen
Loose sagging skin over the abdomen, with a small degree of stubborn fat accumulation is certainly treatable with Endolift®. Women who have residual skin laxity from excessive stretching after pregnancy may also be suitable for this treatment.

Inner Thighs
This is an area which accumulates fat but can also be subject to a degree of laxity, which can be improved with this laser treatment.

Inner Knee
Stubborn pockets of fat can accumulate around the knee area, with resultant stretching of the skin and loss of that tight architecture. This can be improved with the Endolift® laser.

1. Consultation
You will be asked a series of questions about your medical history, followed by a full assessment of the treatment area. Our doctor will talk you through the activity of the laser, how it will deliver your intended results, possible side effects of the procedure and a bespoke plan detailing how many treatment sessions you would require.

2. Preparation
Prior to treatment the doctor will take photographs of the area to be treated, providing a baseline for comparison at your follow-up visit. The skin is sterilised, then marked out to ensure the treatment is conducted in safe zones, avoiding anatomical territories containing delicate structures.

3. Anaesthesia
You will be offered the option to have a small amount of local anaesthetic injected into the skin to keep you comfortable during your treatment. A cooling system is also used directly on the skin during the treatment which confers further comfort.

4. Endolift
Protective eyewear is applied to shield your eyes from the laser light. The procedure will begin with insertion of the micro-optical fibre into the skin, without any incisions. The fibre is passed back forth under the skin in a fan-like manner. A crackling or popping sound can be heard which indicates the melting of fat cells.

5. Results
It is possible to see immediate results straight after treatment, however you may have some mild swelling from the anaesthetic and the handling of the skin's tissue. After 3 months you will begin to appreciate further skin tightening (and fat reduction if performed) as the process of collagen stimulation has begun. After 9-12 months you can appreciate your final result as the collagen proteins mature, improving the skin's structure.
